Julian Nagelsmann addresses future amid Tottenham, Bayern Munich rumours
According to Football.london, RB Leipzig manager Julian Nagelsmann has addressed the speculations surrounding his future amid links with Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich.
Nagelsmann is in his second season with RB Leipzig and has done a tremendous job during his time at the helm of the club. Regarded as one of the brightest young managers in the game, he led the Saxony-based outfit to a second-place finish in Bundesliga last term as well as the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
This time out, Nagelsmann has once again challenged Bayern Munich for the league title with Leipzig once again very much likely to finish second. Heading into the summer though, his future has been called into question with Tottenham Hotspur interested in him as a replacement for Jose Mourinho. (h/t Football.london)
In addition, Bayern Munich are also said to have entered the fray to sign Nagelsmann amid uncertainty surrounding the future of current manager Hansi Flick. Addressing the speculations, the RB Leipzig man has denied that he or any of his agents have had any negotiations with Bayern or any other club at the moment. (h/t Football.london)
“There were no talks and there are no talks between me and Bayern Munich. [It is the] same for my agents.”
