Due to the same, Tottenham and their new managing director, Fabio Paratici is looking at potential strikers to replace Kane in case he does leave. One of the names that are being looked at is that of Dusan Vlahovic of Fiorentina.
The 21-year-old has had a breakthrough season in Serie A, piling in 21 goals in 37 games. He was the fourth-highest scorer over the season, only being topped by Ronaldo, Lukaku and Muriel. With Kane’s future still up in the air, it makes sense to keep contingency plans in place. Vlahovic is by no means a finished product but he has shown that he can step up at such a young age. It does seem like a huge punt to take but it might well be worth the money.
