Fans react as Tottenham release their third kit for 2021-21
Tottenham have officially released their Nike third kit for the 2021-22 season which has been inspired by the N17. The new third kit has a purple touch to it and has glimpses of the local scenery on it.
Nike have moved away from last season’s yellow third kit and introduced a tinge of purple coupled with green and yellow. There is a good bit of back story to this as the kit is inspired by the locality and is also the creation of local designers. Nike and Tottez, a local art studio, partnered to create this stunning kit.

The streets of Tottenham can be seen printed on the tee and the bright purple colours represent the club’s neighbourhood in the N17. one of the collaborators who worked on the kit, Marlon Clarke spoke about how he went about creating the design.
“As a huge Spurs fan, having the opportunity to work on this project and attend workshops with Nike has been incredible. This experience has brought together my two greatest passions – football and design – and this has only spurred me on further to pursue my creative dreams. To be part of inspiring a Spurs kit that people will look back on for years to come is the best feeling ever.”
The kits are a part of Nike’s support towards sustainability which means they are made of 100% recycled polyester fabric which has been recycled from plastic bottles. A number of first-team stars such as Oliver Skipp, Lucas Moura and Sergio Reguilon were seen donning the kit as well.

I think this is fantastic. The Tottenham community is bursting with creativity and it’s lovely to see the Club empowering local young people in this way.

I can't say it's my favourite kit.
But the fact the Club and @Nike gave young creatives this opportunity makes me love it!
Well done both 👍👏— Matty (@MattyFrench82) September 16, 2021
