Transfer News: AS Roma and Inter Milan are eyeing a deal for Tottenham Hotspur ace Harry Winks
According to transfer news from Calciomercato (h/t ESPN), Harry Winks is on the radar of AS Roma and Inter Milan as the Englishman plots an exit from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 25-year-old is a through and through Tottenham man and was introduced into the first team by Mauricio Pochettino. A vibrant burst into Tottenham’s midfield, Winks earned his plaudits through his tenacity in games.
Jose Mourinho also appreciated the midfielder’s qualities as he racked up 30 appearances under the Portuguese boss last season while he also managed to contribute to 4 goals in the process.
However, it might now be time to call it quits at the North London club. Lack of consistent minutes has made Winks look for a move away from the club and apparently there are suitors for the Englishman.
Inter Milan are eyeing a deal for the 25-year-old as they look to add more quality in their midfield line. The Nerazzurri lost the likes of Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku this summer and would have money in the bank to make a move for the Spurs man.
On the other hand, AS Roma are also planning to get a deal over the line for the midfielder as Jose Mourinho looks to reunite with his former disciple. However, there could be some obstacles to a potential move for the English international.

Moreover, it remains to be seen whether Daniel Levy would be open to letting go of one of Spurs’ very own. Thus, while a deal could be orchestrated, only time will tell whether Tottenham are open to letting the player leave.
