According to Football.London, Antonio Conte has outlined special instructions for the Tottenham Hotspur players leaving for international duties. He has given training schedules to these players to raise their fitness levels.

The Italian joined Spurs recently season and is thus, looking to use every measure possible to get things up to the standard. He will use the international break to work with the players who have not been called up, which include some first-team players.

The new coach has also utilised video sessions to incorporate his style of play within the North London club in a short period. He will also undertake the players who have not got minutes or have been involved slightly in high-intensity training sessions.
