Bayern Munich and Manchester United to battle it out for Harry Kane
According to German publication Bild (h/t The Sun), Bayern Munich are set to rival Manchester United for Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane as they look to reinforce their forward options.
The striker has been the club’s most consistent performer for several seasons and has become the face of the team in recent years. However, his exit from the club is a constant topic of discussion of late.
Spurs fans don’t want to face the reality of seeing Kane leave. After all, the striker has been instrumental in the team’s success in recent years, scoring goals for fun and leading the line with aplomb. It is difficult to imagine how Spurs would cope without him.
However, with Tottenham showing a lack of ambition when it comes to trophies, it comes as no surprise that Kane is linked with an exit. The English striker is yet to win silverware at the club and is reaching a stage of his career when it is now or never.
Bayern Munich, in particular, have long admired Kane and believe that he would be the perfect fit for their team. It is not hard to see why. Kane is a proven goalscorer, and his ability to hold up the ball and bring others into play would be a valuable asset for any team.
Apparently, the Bavarian giants did hold an internal analysis that showed them why Kane would be the perfect fit for the club. Well, the English striker would fit into any team in the world so it does not come as a surprise.
If Bayern were to secure Kane’s services, it would be a major coup for the German giants. However, the same can be said for Manchester United. The Red Devils have been crying out for a world-class striker for some time now, and Kane would fit the bill perfectly.
For Tottenham, the idea of losing Kane to either of these clubs is a worrying one but losing him to a direct rival is likely to hurt them more. The striker is the talisman of the team, and his departure would leave a massive void.

It’s impossible to imagine how Tottenham would go about replacing Kane should we get to that. Richarlison is an option that we have but ideally, we should try everything in our means to keep the 29-year-old at N17. Let’s see.
