Tottenham target Hakan Calhanoglu closing in on new Inter Milan contract
According to Calciomercato, Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu for a while now, but it seems that any hopes of bringing the Turkish international to North London have been dashed.
Reports are emerging that Calhanoglu is set to sign a new contract with Inter Milan, keeping him at the club for another four years. This will come as a disappointment to Tottenham fans who had been hoping to see the creative midfielder ply his trade at the N17.
