Sergio Reguilon does not have a future at Tottenham or Atletico Madrid
According to Spanish publication Estadio Deportivo, Spanish left-back Sergio Reguilon does not have a future at parent club Tottenham Hotspur or loan club Atletico Madrid and will have to find a new team in the summer.
Sergio Reguilon was once considered one of the most sought-after left-backs on the international scene, with his impressive performances at Sevilla attracting the attention of several top clubs.
Even when he signed for Tottenham, huge things were expected from the Spanish international. However, his career has taken a sharp turn in recent times, and the player now finds himself in one of the most challenging moments of his career.
After being cast aside by Antonio Conte at Tottenham, reports from England suggest that the club has already informed him that they do not have him for next season. This came as a significant blow to Reguilon.
