Newcastle United join Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Tammy Abraham

According to Fichajes, Newcastle United have joined Tottenham Hotspur in the race for talented English striker Tammy Abraham.

The 25-year-old Englishman has made quite an impact since his move to the Italian club, impressing with his performances and goal-scoring abilities. He has been linked with a return to the Premier League.

Abraham has been a key figure for Roma this season, contributing nine goals and seven assists across all competitions. As his current team battles for a spot in the Europa League final, the English forward will undoubtedly be hoping to guide them to yet another European triumph.

Tottenham Hotspur is closely monitoring Abraham’s progress and could potentially make a move for him during the upcoming summer transfer window. He could be brought in to complement and potentially replace Harry Kane.

Abraham’s previous experience in English football could make him a valuable asset for the North London club. He had quite an impressive period when he was with Chelsea but Thomas Tuchel did not rate him.

A move to Tottenham could be the ideal next step in Abraham’s career, allowing him to share the goal-scoring burden with Kane, at least in the short term. The 25-year-old possesses the potential to develop into a reliable Premier League striker, and his acquisition could provide long-term stability for the club.

While Kane’s future at Tottenham remains uncertain, Abraham could offer the necessary depth and quality up front. His arrival would not only alleviate the pressure on Kane but also provide healthy competition within the squad.

As the race for Tammy Abraham heats up, both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are likely to intensify their efforts to secure his signature. However, it remains to be seen which club will emerge victorious in the pursuit of this promising young striker.
