Tottenham Hotspur predicted line-up for 3rd round of FA Cup against Burnley
Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur are all set to take on Burnley for the third round of the FA Cup. Burnley are having a rough go at this time. They have only won one out of their last five games.
The Lilywhites on the other hand are in top form at the moment. Postecoglou’s men have been victorious in four of their last five games. A stellar showing for the Spurs who have enjoyed some good form. Let’s have a look at Postecoglou’s predicted lineup for tomorrow
Tottenham will most likely take the field in their usual 4-2-3-1 formation. As usual, Guglielmo Vicario will be standing in goal with Ben Davies and Emerson Royal most likely playing the role of centre-backs. For his fullbacks, Ange is expected to go with Destiny Udogie on the left and Pedro Porro on the right.
Pape Matar Sarr who is out with an injury will be missing from the lineup. Oliver Skipp and Rodrigo Bentancur will be acting as the defensive midfielders in his absence. Tottenham will be missing a total of eight players because of injuries.
Another player that will be missing is Son Heung-min who has left for international duty. Bryan Gil will be making up for his absence on the left wing. Giovanni Lo Celso will serve as the attacking midfielder with Brennan Johnson running up the right wing.
Richarlison who has been in stellar form so far this season will most probably be the team’s primary striker. He has a bigger role to play in each game this season now that Son is not available at Tottenham.

Tottenham Hotspur will be gunning for the win on Saturday. Just because the primary goal is the Premier League title doesn’t mean that Postecoglou will not be trying to rack up as many victories as he can for the team.
