Darren Bent is worried Tottenham Hotspur can leapfrog Arsenal in the points table this season

Spurs displayed resilience, levelling the score with goals from Richarlison and Rodrigo Bentancur, ultimately securing a valuable point. Bent’s commentary adds an intriguing layer to the North London rivalry narrative for the current season.
Micky van de Ven made a triumphant return to the starting lineup for Spurs after overcoming a months-long recovery battle from a hamstring injury that had sidelined him since November. In addition, Timo Werner earned his first Premier League start and played a crucial role in contributing to their second goal.
Despite grappling with injuries and the absence of key players such as Son Heung-min and Yves Bissouma due to international duty, Spurs aim to navigate these challenges and surpass their rivals by the end of the season.
Since the 4-1 home defeat to Chelsea in November, where Spurs had two players sent off and James Maddison and Micky van de Ven suffered long-term injuries, the team has faced matches without three or four key players from their ideal starting lineup, along with the absence of six or seven squad players. Despite these adversities, they have admirably stayed within reach of the leading pack in the Premier League.
