Dean Jones says Tottenham could land Pedro Neto from Wolves in the summer
Tottenham Hotspur will gun for Pedro Neto during the summer window, per GIVEMESPORT journalist Dean Jones. Spurs will face competition from Arsenal and Liverpool in the pursuit of the Wolves winger as reported by the Evening Standard.
It is learned that the asking price is £60 million but it can cross this mark as Wolves look to make Pedro Neto the most expensive outgoing in the club’s history. The Portuguese is stellar despite missing nine games due to injury.
He has three goals and 11 assists from 20 games across all competitions. The 23-year-old is dangerous down the right flank, especially in the ‘chance creation’ department. The reputed journo also mentioned that signing Pedro Neto will not be an easy task due to the immense competition.
But he also added that Ange believes ‘anything is possible’. Other players on Tottenham’s radar, according to Dean Jones, are Nico Williams and Raphina.
A series of changes in London
Ange Postecoglou’s chase of Pedro Neto could stir up many things for the North Londoners. Firstly, the Aussie head coach might have to take a final say on the Timo Werner situation. Should he sign, Neto, Postecoglou will have to send Werner back to RB Leipzig.
Neto’s playmaking can be combined with Richarlison’s form (provided he continues to perform the next season as well). This will urge the manager to find a new role for Dejan Kulusevski and in return, also for Brennan Johnson.
Bryan Gil will fall further down the pecking order, hence, it will be ideal for the Spaniard to leave the capital club in the summer. Heung-min Son and Pedro Neto can be a lethal combination down both flanks.

Considering Ange’s attacking style of football, the team can create wonders should they seal the Neto deal. Lucas Bergvall snubbing Barcelona for Tottenham is a testament to the players’ will to play under the former Celtic boss. This element could be handy in landing Neto as well.
