Journo expects Manor Solomon to return to Tottenham Hotspur training this week
Football London journalist Alasdair Gold says Manor Solomon will be back in training this week, via his YouTube channel. Gold has been following Tottenham closely almost entire his life. His words about the happenings within the Tottenham squad are seldom incorrect.
The journo revealed his opinion by saying:
“Manor Solomon, still not back in training yet. There is a hope it could be this week. The thing with Manor Solomon is a little bit like it was with Ryan Sessegnon in that you’ve just got to be so careful. he’s been out since September with his knee injury and you’ve just got to make sure he doesn’t come back too soon”
The left-winger was favoured by Ange Postecoglou until his injury in September. A meniscus injury has kept the Israel international out of action for nearly five months now. The addition of the ‘talented’ player, as per Alasdair Gold, to the squad will be a further boost for Postecoglou.
The injury hoodoo at Spurs camp this season
Tottenham’s run-ins with injuries this season is no secret. It won’t be an exaggeration to say that the club would have been atop the Premier League if not for the injury woes.
It all began with the Chelsea clash back in November when James Maddison and Micky van de Ven succumbed to injuries and limped off the pitch. The duo were the pillars behind Tottenham’s successful unbeaten run until that point.
It was followed by Cristian Romero’s injury. Not to forget Ryan Sessegnon, and the recent additions Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie. Kudos to the manager for holding the fort despite back-to-back injury blows.

Postecoglou is a charismatic manager who looks for solutions rather than whining. The manager has barely blamed injuries for his club’s subpar performances during media days. The impending return of Manor Solomon remains to be the latest news in the Tottenham dressing room.
