Son Heung-Min’s skillset makes him an undisputed menace.
Son Heung-min has been one of the most talented forwards in the Premier League for years now, and Chelsea defender has admitted that the South Korean is the toughest opponent they have faced.
The 31-year-old has already attained legendary status at Tottenham Hotspur and is a menace on the opposing side. He can dribble with the ball sticking to his feet, he can pass the ball between the lines, he can collect balls in pockets, and his insane shooting ability need not be spoken about.
Tottenham signed the South Korean from Bayer Leverkusen for a reported £22 million in 2015, and nine years later, he has made over 400 appearances in the Spurs badge.
Nightmare in White, Chelsea defender dreads facing Son Heung-Min
Chelsea summer signing Axel Disasi acknowledged Son’s greatness when he did a double interview for Chelsea TV this weekend with Levi Colwill. The pair were asked about the toughest forward they faced all season, and while the former Brighton star said Mohamed Salah, Disasi went for Son Heung-min.
Disasi is renowned for his physique and out-bodying his immediate opponent, and him picking Son shows how difficult it is to physically dominate Son as well. He may not be a 1.94-meter striker with big shoulders, but he is definitely smart enough to move and angle himself in a way that makes it difficult to mark him.
