Tottenham star Bissouma snubs Arsenal and tips Manchester City for Premier League glory
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma has given his prediction on the Premier League title race for the ongoing season as Spurs rivals Arsenal leapfrog Manchester City at the top of the table ahead of the North London Derby.
The Premier League title race has been shaping up to be one for decades, as three clubs are still vying for the top spot with barely a few games to go before the season draws curtains.
Manchester City seized control of the Premier League table as both Arsenal and Liverpool suffered defeats to Aston Villa and Crystal Palace, respectively. However, City’s FA Cup commitments have provided Arsenal with an opportunity to apply pressure once more.
Following their victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers, Arsenal reclaimed the top spot in the Premier League table. Their upcoming match against Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium, scheduled before City’s next league fixture, offers them a chance to maintain their momentum.
Tottenham Hotspur is poised to play a significant role in the title race, as they have yet to face all three clubs vying for the top spot before the season’s end. Their matches against Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool will likely shape the outcome of the title race.
So it was fascinating when Sky Sports quizzed Yves Bissouma about the ongoing PL title race. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he did not opt for the Gunners as he tips City for Premier League glory.
“City, that’s what I think. They’ve got experience; they know how in the last games. So my prediction is them,” Bissouma acknowledged via Sky Sports.

Pep’s City usually turns up at the end of the season, and opting for them is likely the safest choice of the three. However, for a neutral, it would be ideal if this race went into the final game of the campaign.
For Tottenham, they face one of the three clubs this weekend when Tottenham Hotspur Stadium plays host to Arsenal in a North London Derby.
