From U18s to under the spotlight – Mikey Moore & his meteoric rise at Spurs
Tottenham Hotspur have another budding youngster in their ranks Mikey Moore, who is taking the English youth circuit by storm at the mere age of sixteen. He has been tagged with excitement by the Lilywhites faithful, who cannot wait for a big star to come out of Hotspur Way.
The 16-year-old has been promoted to the Under-18 age group by the club only in the ongoing season; however, it did not take him a long time to adapt to the physicality and pace of the group. Moore has seamlessly shown he belongs to a more elite level despite his tender age.
The Spurs starlet is a right-footed left-winger who has been scoring for fun; however, his game is more than just goals. He is potent with his dribbles and is blessed with pace, as he has the capacity to glide along the field effortlessly. Mikey has been described as a new natural “inside forward” who can be involved in multiple things along the football pitch.
