Tottenham Hotspur could move Richarlison to refresh attacking options this summer
As reported by Teamtalk, Tottenham Hotspur could use the sale of Richarlison to build a new front three this summer. The 27-year-old forward has been linked to Saudi Pro League side, Al-Hilal.
The Saudi teams are famous for splurging big money on players and a deal for Richarlison could help Tottenham sign some of their targets this summer. The Lilywhites have been linked to Barcelona star, Raphinha and Brentford striker Ivan Toney.
Adding these two to the mix with Son Heung-Min and the Spurs will be looking like a force to be reckoned with come September. Toney could fill the gap that Harry Kane left behind and Raphinha’s quality would be dear to any team.
Moreover, the Brazilian already has experience in the Premier League so he won’t struggle with the transition. But it is yet to be seen how willing FC Barcelona will be to let Raphinha go this summer.
The Catalan side need to offload someone in order to raise funds for more signings. However, will Barca truly be willing to sacrifice their UCL hero? It’ll be interesting to see what becomes of the Brazilian this summer.
On the other hand, Ivan Toney will surely be playing for a new team next season. So, Tottenham have the perfect oppurtunity to bring in some serious reinforcements to their attack for their next campaign.
