They already have eyes to build on the progress that the club has made under the Australian gaffer in the recently concluded season as they prepare to visit his home country for a highly controversial post-season friendly.

This is the first time that Under-21s midfielder Rio Kyerematen and Under-18s midfielder Leo Black will be in the first-team squad. However, with the club’s U21s set to play Premier League 2 play-off at the weekend, a fair share of the crop have stayed back to prepare for the occasion.
