Club insider confirms Tottenham transfer progressing smoothly as deal nears completion

Tottenham Hotspur have been looking at a potential mass exodus in the ongoing summer transfer window as they concoct to build on the progress at White Hart Lane in the last season. Ange Postecoglou has taken the club from a struggling Big Six side to one of the most exciting young teams in all of Europe.

And there are a few unemotional decisions that follow as they look to make a way out of the current crop to sign better players.

Loan move on cards for injury-hit Solomon?

Manor Solomon is likely to be on the list of mass exodus this summer, per The Standard’s Dan Kilpatrick, who suggests that the Israeli winger could depart White Hart Lane on loan in the conclusive weeks of the summer transfer window.

Solomon has not enjoyed the best of times after signing for Tottenham last season. He came through the doors as one of the most exciting wingers in the Premier League following his antics at Fulham; however, he has been unlucky with injuries, which have kept him sidelined for the majority of his career in a Spurs shirt.

The squad has moved on… for now!

The consistent injuries have had a pecking-order effect on the current squad, with multiple players taking over his place in the eleven and on the bench at White Hart Lane, and it will take some time for him to regain Ange Postecoglou’s trust. The best way Solomon can show his capabilities is by playing consistently, and he may not find that at Hotspur Way in the upcoming campaign.

Tottenham may look to loan him out and ensure that he gets some minutes and confidence under his belt before deciding on his role in the current squad. Solomon currently earns around £60k-a-week at the North London club.

Solomon is still young, and he may find his way back to his potential soon, and if he is able to do so, it would be a huge coup for the North Londoners.

For now, he remains on the potential loan list, and we should see some progress about his potential loan exit soon.
