Daniel Levy is looking to add armoury to Ange Postecoglou’s midfield in the ongoing summer transfer window as the officials at Hotspur Way work tirelessly to ensure that the Australian gaffer has sufficient depth and quality in the middle of the park in the new Premier League campaign.
The club are having a bit of a midfield revamp this summer, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg already bidding adieu to North London and the likes of Giovani Lo Celso and Oliver Skipp being linked with a move away from White Hart Lane.

The club has been trying to get hold of Jacob Ramsey during the summer window. Spurs also offered a cash-plus-player swap deal involving Giovani Lo Celso in a bid to land the highly-rated midfielder.
Ramsey has a tireless engine complemented by a highly technical understanding of the game, which can take him a long way under Ange Postecoglou’s playing style.
Monchi rules out Ramsey exit amid Spurs interest

A recent report by The Athletic insists that Ramsey is a ‘very important’ figure in Villa’s dressing room.

For Tottenham, the search continues as they continue to look for Gallagher-like profiles this summer. And any move for the £30m-rated player looks like going nowhere.
