Tottenham left-back Ben Davies has been linked with a move to Turkish club Galatasaray
The English transfer window has already slammed shut but a couple of Tottenham Hotspur players have been linked away with moves.
There was a mass clear-out at N17 this summer as Ange Postecoglou made his mark on the squad after guiding Spurs to a Europa League finish last season. Five fresh faces arrived at the club in a bid to strengthen the first-team squad, while nine players left the club.
Tottenham even backed Ange Postecoglou with a club-record £65m deal for Dominic Solanke, who netted 19 goals in 38 Premier League appearances for Bournemouth last season. Overall, it turned out to be a fantastic summer for the Lilywhites after managing to clear out the deadwood.

However, there are a couple of players whose futures are not fully secured at the club. Turkish champions Galatasaray are eyeing a late shock swoop for Ben Davies as they look to bolster their defence with a seasoned, versatile campaigner before their transfer window’s September 13 deadline.
Ex-Tottenham scout Bryan King expects Spurs to keep hold of the Wales international amid interest from Turkish club. And now, reliable podcast owner John Wenham has urged the North London club to retain the services of Ben Davies as he believes the 31-year-old’s experience and versatility are both key for Big Ange.
“From Spurs’ point of view, this transfer wouldn’t be wise,” John Wenham exclusively told Tottenham News.
“Letting someone of Davies’ experience go at this point wouldn’t be the right decision. He can cover in multiple positions across the backline.
“If Tottenham let him go now, they wouldn’t have an opportunity to replace him until January.”
