Tottenham Hotspur have a plethora of talents at their disposal, and each is more exciting than the other, which shows that the club is heading in the right direction; one of those highly acclaimed talents at Hotspur Way is Mikey Moore.
The Lilywhites starlet has been making noise along the summer, with the likes of Manchester City and Real Madrid interested in his services. However, he chose to reject the idea of moving away from Spurs and penned down a new contract with the club.
Moore has a bright future at Tottenham
Replicating the commitment, former ex-scout Bryan King suggests that the Lilywhites gem is a “big talent” and has a big future ahead of him.
The youngster came off the bench in the Lilywhites 3-1 win over Brentford at the weekend, and King insists that he has been hearing rave reviews about the starlet from those who are working closely with Moore.
He goes on to say that the player has been putting in extra work behind the scenes and thinks that the player can follow Harry Kane’s footsteps to a legacy at Tottenham Hotspur.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Tottenham News, King said:

“It was quite exciting to see Moore come on against Brentford. He’d been doing extra work behind the scenes before Tottenham, with a personal coach. He’s been working with a friend of mine, Ian Atkins’ son, Jamie Atkins.
“Jamie runs a camp for young players who want to do extra, it is called Peak Performance. Jamie has worked with Moore and I’ve been told by both Ian and Jamie that this kid is a big talent.
“I think Moore has a real future in the game, he looks very confident. The likes of Harry Kane, Glen Hoddle, and Steve Perryman, they all got in the team at a young age. Therefore, let’s hope Moore can follow in their footsteps.”
What’s next for Mikey?
Mikey Moore is one of the brightest talents in the country at the moment and is already a squad player at N17 at such a young age. The supporters have so much to look forward to with him this season and beyond.
The North Londoners are set to take part in the UEFA Europa League this week, and the commencement of the competition means there should be some considerable minutes coming Moore’s way.
