Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has been subject to links with a move away from White Hart Lane as Milan duo, Inter Milan and AC Milan, express interest in his signatures. The Italian goalkeeper has been one of the better players between the sticks since his over to North London, despite the criticisms off late.
However, there is a real possibility that the Italian international may make a move away from Tottenham Hotspur Way, provided a significant offer is presented to Daniel Levy.
Spurs face competition for Garcia
And while Spurs number 1’s future remains blurry, they have been looking at opportunities to replace the former Empoli goalkeeper, and Ange Postecoglou is one of the modern coaches who not only demands shot-stop reflexes from his goalies. And that is where links to 23-year-old Spanish goalkeeper Joan Garcia make sense.
The Lilywhites had been subject to strong links with a move for Espanyol shotstopper in the recently concluded summer transfer window; however, things have become complicated since. While Levy faced only Arsenal’s competition then, Spanish giants Real Madrid have also been subject to links with the 23-year-old since.

And to add to the Spurs woes, another La Liga giant, Barcelona, has moved into the list of interested parties for Joan Garcia’s signatures, per Mundo Deportivo. The Camp Nou side are in the midst of a goalkeeping crisis following Marc-Andre ter Stege’s injury. While they did bring in former Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny on a short-term deal, Barca are looking at the Spaniard to resolve their goalkeeping woes for the next decade to come.
We will have to see if Daniel Levy builds on his interest to land the €30 million goalkeeper in the upcoming windows.
