Tottenham star Dejan Kulusevski has emerged as a target for AC Milan
Tottenham Hotspur have been hugely inconsistent this season, mixing impressive performances and results with drab defeats.
Their latest setback came at Selhurst Park on Sunday when Crystal Palace bagged their first win of the new season by beating Ange Postecoglou’s troops 1-0, thanks to a first-half strike from Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Among Spurs’ best performers this campaign has been Dejan Kulusevski. The 24-year-old has been reborn in a new role for Tottenham, affecting both the offensive and defensive facets of the game as an attacking No.8. The work he has put in has made the Swede a crucial cog in Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Unsurprisingly, the sizzling performances of Dejan Kulusevski has now caught the attention of a European bigwig. According to a report from Italian outlet JUVElive, AC Milan have set their sights on the Tottenham star for a 2025 summer swoop. The north Londoners value Kulusevski at around €50 million—a sum AC Milan would be prepared to splash if Rafael Leao departs.
Rafael Leao has been in and out of the Milan side under new coach Paulo Fonseca. In case the Portuguese international decides to leave San Siro for a new chapter at the end of the season, the Rossoneri would ask close to €100 for his signature. They would then plan to re-invest in signing a replacement.
The aforementioned report adds Zlatan Ibrahimović, an adviser to Milan’s management and ownership, is obsessed with his compatriot Kulusevski. The former striker is a big advocate of the Tottenham ace, planning with Milan to lure him back to Serie A.
Kulusevski continues to grow under the watchful eyes of Ange Postecoglou, and while his numbers at N17 haven’t been eye-catching, his overall output on the pitch is there for everyone to see. The Sweden international has been consistent since the start of the season, producing a strong display in Spurs’ 4-1 rout of West Ham. Unfortunately, he couldn’t reproduce the goods when Big Ange’s squared with Palace at the weekend.

Yet, the Stockholm-born ace’s stock keeps on soaring as he looks to fulfil his true potential at the Hotspur Way. There is no way Spurs must listen to potential offers from Milan next year. We must do everything possible to keep hold of Kulusevski, who remains tied to the club until June 2028 (Transfermarkt).
