Tottenham Hotspur defender Radu Dragusin has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane owing to limited opportunities coming his way under Ange Postecoglou’s tutelage. The Romanian international moved to Hotspur Way in a highly anticipated deal from Serie A giants Genoa as Daniel Levy pulled through a late hijack attempt from Bayern Munich.
The 22-year-old has been looking to explore possibilities for a move away from Spurs as he looks to get some regular game time, and Italian giants Inter Milan have now entered the race for his signatures. The interests from the San Siro side come on top of those from their League rivals Juventus and Napoli, with all the aforementioned trio of clubs looking to land the player in the upcoming winter transfer window.
Inter interested in Dragusin
A recent report by InterLive insists that the Nerazzurri are now closely monitoring his situation at N17 with a belief that Dragusin is ‘looking for a new team’ and he is not happy with his bits-and-parts role at Tottenham. And if Daniel Levy would be open to sanctioning a move for Dragusin in the winter window, Inter are said to be among the clubs fortifying interests to land his signatures.
Radu Dragusin is one of the only three highly acclaimed full-time full-backs in the first team squad, and while Ange Postecoglou has been screaming for more depth in the position, it seems that Dragusin’s limited playing time has become a sticking point. That being said, it would be a very unpopular decision among Spurs supporters if a move for the 22-year-old is sanctioned.
