Tottenham Hotspur are among the names vying for a move for highly rated English defender Archie Brown.

Daniel Levy has tweaked the transfer strategy at White Hart Lane off late, where they look to bring in highly acclaimed talents from around Europe and beyond and nurture them into their potential through the corridors at Hotspur Way. Adapting this transfer policy has seen Spurs being linked with young talents from around the globe as they look to accumulate a pipeline of players from Academy to first team.

The Lilywhites have laid out the road map with the likes of Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, and Wilson Odobert, complemented by the fact that the Australian head coach Ange Postecoglou is not afraid to give opportunities to young players.

And Tottenham has been linked with English sensation Archie Brown, per the latest exclusive by Graeme Bailey for TBR Football.

Lilywhites target English ace Brown

The England U20 left back has been plying his trade for Belgian side Gent and has multiple English top-tier elites fortifying interests in landing his signatures, with the likes of Manchester United, West Ham, and Chelsea linked with a move for Brown.

Brown, like many Spurs targets off late, is a versatile profile who can also feature in an advanced left-midfield role, a position that he has been playing for his current employers.

While Spurs interest is clear, it is difficult to see the road to his signatures being as easy as the rumoured interest; however, the fact that Levy can cite the opportunities that Ange Postecoglou gives to young players can give Tottenham an edge to pursue his signatures.
