Here are the stadiums Tottenham Hotspur are going to visit on away days in the 2022/23 season:
The Emirates Stadium – Arsenal

Arsenal are Tottenham’s’ fiercest rivals. Emirates Stadium is the home of English Premier League club Arsenal FC, located in Holloway, London. It has a seating capacity of 60,704 and was opened in 2006, replacing the club’s former stadium Highbury.
Emirates Stadium is one of the largest and most modern stadiums in Europe, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a VIP club level, corporate hospitality areas, and a large retail store. It is also known for its distinct architecture, with a distinctive “bowl” shape, which enhances the match-day atmosphere.
The Emirates has, over the years, witnessed some exciting North London Derby moments. However, it hasn’t been the best grounds for Spurs fans to visit regarding results. Tottenham lost 3-1 at this ground earlier this season with Emerson Royal getting sent off.
Villa Park – Aston Villa

Villa Park is the stadium home to the English Premier League football club, Aston Villa. It is located in Birmingham, England and has been in use since 1897. It has a seating capacity of 42,785
Aston Villa were one of the founding members of the league. So the history behind the club and the stadium is substantial. The support behind the club is enormous. Tottenham have more or less dominated the Claret and Blues at Villa Park. They are yet to play at Villa Park this season though.
Vitality Stadium – AFC Bournemouth

Vitality Stadium, also known as Dean Court, is the home of Bournemouth Football Club. The stadium has a capacity of 11,464 seats and is located in Bournemouth, England.
It was originally built in 1910 and has undergone several renovations to become the modern and well-equipped facility it is today.
The small size and capacity make it a decent stadium for away fans to go and watch games. Tottenham beat Bournemouth 3-2 in a closely contested contest back in October here.
Gtech Community Stadium – Brentford

The Brentford Community Stadium, or the Gtech Community Stadium, is home to Brentford. The stadium is relatively new compared to other grounds in the Premier League. It opened in 2020.
It is a state-of-the-art stadium located in Brentford, London. It is designed to provide an exceptional match-day experience for fans and has a seating capacity of 17,250. The stadium is built with the latest technology and has been designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Tottenham drew 2-2 against the Bees in December here.
American Express Community Stadium – Brighton & Hove Albion
Location: Village Way, Brighton BN1 9BL, United Kingdom

The Falmer Stadium, known as the American Express Community Stadium currently, is the home ground of the Seagulls. It’s also referred to as the Amex and has been Brighton & Hove Albion’s home ground since 2011.
For away fans, it’s one of the most pleasant experiences. It has an excellent view. The atmosphere within the Amex gets loud at times. Tottenham managed a narrow 1-0 win back in October here.
Stamford Bridge – Chelsea

Stamford Bridge is home to one of the most successful clubs in the Premier League era, Chelsea. Being one of the oldest stadiums in the league, the atmosphere around the ground is classic.
There isn’t much space between the crowd’s home and away section. So it can get pretty feisty at times. The front rows are also close to the pitch, which can make it intimidating for visiting sides.
For Tottenham, the London derby is a tough fixture. Taking points away at Stamford Bridge has proved difficult for Spurs historically. They did manage to take one point with a 2-2 draw way back in August though.
Selhurst Park – Crystal Palace

Selhurst Park is home to Crystal Palace. The Holmesdale Road Stand is an imposing stadium section for visiting sides.
The view for away fans isn’t the best. The Eagles have some passionate fans. Tottenham have a pretty decent record against Palace at Selhurst Park though. Conte’s team put in arguably their best performance of the season here, winning 4-0 back in January.
Goodison Park – Everton
Location: Goodison Rd, Liverpool L4 4EL, United Kingdom

Goodison Park is the home ground of Everton. The Merseysiders have a fiery fanbase. Toffees are thrown at spectators by a person on the pitch before every game, as is tradition.
The three-tiered Main Stand is a sight to behold. It is a tall and imposing structure. The Evertonians and Tottenham have had a pretty equal record at Goodison over the years. Spurs are yet to play at Goodison Park this season.
Craven Cottage – Fulham

Craven Cottage hosts sides that come to face Fulham. The stadium sits on the banks of the River Thames.
The Cottagers interestingly have a designated section for ‘neutral supporters’ in their ground. Tottenham have had the better of Fulham at the stadium. That continued this season as well as they managed a 1-0 win over the hosts.
Elland Road – Leeds United
Location: Elland Rd, Beeston, Leeds LS11 0ES, United Kingdom
Capacity: 37,792
Elland Road is home to Leeds United. The East Stand is the biggest side of the stadium. The ground can get loud at times. It is one of the toughest stadiums to travel to due to the passionate Leeds fans.
The Peacocks have proved to be a tough opposition for Tottenham at Elland Road. Spurs will be hoping to better their record when they meet the Whites here in May.
King Power Stadium – Leicester City
Location: Filbert Way, Leicester LE2 7FL, United Kingdom
Capacity: 32,312
Leicester City play their home games in the King Power Stadium. In 2016, the Foxes astonishingly lifted the Premier League trophy at the ground. Some Leicester fans refer to the stadium as Filbert Way. The home supporters can get pretty loud at times.
Tottenham have been able to tame the Foxes at the King Power over the years. They will want to continue doing so as they face Leicester here early in February.
Anfield – Liverpool

Anfield is one of the biggest stadiums in the country. It’s home to one of the biggest teams in England, Liverpool.
“You’ll Never Walk Alone” reverberates through the stadium when teams take the pitch. The Kop is known to have the best support in Europe. The fans get behind the opposition, intimidating teams.
Tottenham have had a hard time taking points away from the Reds over the years. They are yet to travel to Anfield this season and this prospect will not excite them.
Etihad Stadium – Manchester City

Capacity: 55,097
Manchester City moved to the City of Manchester Stadium, now known as Etihad Stadium, in 2003 from Maine Road. Under new ownership, the Sky Blues have found success over the years.
Tottenham have found it difficult to get a result at the Etihad. Despite a good first half here this time around, they eventually lost this tie 4-2 to the Cityzens in January.
Old Trafford – Manchester United

Old Trafford, also known as the Theatre of Dreams, is home to Manchester United. The Red Devils are one of the most successful teams in England.
United’s home ground is the second-largest stadium in the country. United have had the better of Spurs at Old Trafford over the years. They continue to do so as they beat Tottenham 2-0 here back in October.
St James’ Park – Newcastle United

Capacity: 52,305
St James’ Park is home to Newcastle United. It’s a huge stadium. The atmosphere around the ground can be electric.
The Geordies are ardent fans. Tottenham have been neck-and-neck with Newcastle at St James’ Park. It will be much more difficult when they face off here in April though considering how good the Magpies have become.
City Ground – Nottingham Forest

City Ground hosts sides visiting Nottingham Forest. The stadium sits on the banks of the River Trent. One of the stands in the stadium is named after legendary manager Brian Clough.
The stadium has undergone several renovations over the years to improve the facilities for players and fans. The ground is known for its passionate and loyal supporters and has a rich history of hosting memorable matches and events.
Tottenham did beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 here in the Premier League back in August but lost by exactly that much in the EFL Cup Third Round in November. Quite a mixed record.
St Mary’s Stadium – Southampton
Location: Britannia Rd, Southampton SO14 5FP, United Kingdom
Capacity: 32,384
Southampton have played their home games at St Mary’s Stadium since 2001. The Saints previously played at The Dell.
The Hampshire-based club’s ground is one of the most alluring in the country. For away fans, it’s a good experience visiting Saint Mary’s.
Visiting the stadium has posed a challenge for Tottenham. We will have to wait till March to find out how Spurs find their visit this time around.
London Stadium – West Ham United
Location: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST, United Kingdom
Capacity: 60,000
London Stadium is home to West Ham United. The Hammers are Tottenham’s London rivals. The Irons moved to their new ground from Upton Park in 2016. It’s a modern stadium with state-of-the-art facilities.
The stands are a bit further away from the playing surface. As a result, visiting fans may not be able to get the best view of the game if seated at the back of the upper tier.
The London Stadium is a tough place to visit for Spurs. They did manage to eke out a 1-1 draw back in September in the league here though.
Molineux Stadium – Wolverhampton Wanderers
Location: Waterloo Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4QR, United Kingdom
Capacity: 32,050
Wolverhampton Wanderers have been playing their games at the Molineux Stadium since 1889. The Stan Cullis Stand towers over the ground.
Some home fans are housed on the upper tier above the away section. Tottenham have usually seen positive results at Molineux. They will hope this trend continues when they travel here in March.
