Is Redknapp going West?

Bookie’s have slashed Harry Redknapp’s odds on becoming new Chelsea boss.

The West London club are in the market for a new manager after the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti less than a week ago.

Redknapp saw his odds tumble from 25-1 to evens favourite with some even putting the Spurs manager at 4-7.

“There is no smoke without fire and the weight of the gamble suggests something may be happening.” said a spokesman for an un-named bookies.

Redknapp, however, has moved to quash the speculation claiming he knows nothing of any offer from Chelsea.
