Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric has remained quiet on his future but insisted that anything is possible in regards to a transfer.
The player and his representatives met with chairman Daniel Levy on Wednesday to discuss his future following renewed speculation from Premier League sides and a £22m bid from rivals Chelsea.
Levy told Sky Sports News that the player will not be sold under any circumstances following the meeting and Modric has refused to be drawn into speculation regarding his future.
“Today I have a flight to London and tomorrow I will start training,” he told Sky Sports News.
“I will report back to Tottenham, and that is all for now.”
When asked on a possible transfer to Chelsea, Modric simply replied “Anything is possible, of course.”
