FC Twente have denied reports that they have been contacted by Tottenham in regards to a move for Bryan Ruiz.
The Costa Rican international this morning claiming the North London outfit had been in contact with his agent about the possibility of moving to Spurs.
However, chairman Joop Munsterman concedes that while Ruiz may be on the radar of the North London giants, they are yet to contact the Dutch side about any potential move for the 25-year-old.
“We still have heard nothing from Tottenham themselves,” Munsterman told Voetbal International.
“However, we have heard from his representative that there is some interest.”
