The transfer window is almost upon. 31 days of countless rumours linking Spurs with a host of players. But boy do I love a good rumour. With that in mind, below are a number of movers and shakers that have already been mooted by “ITK’s” despite January still a good four days away.
Moussa Sow: A no-go. Spurs aren’t interested in the Lille striker.
Vedran Corluka: In response to a number of papers linking him with an exit, the truth is he is off to Roma. No idea whether it is on loan or permanently.
Special player: Harry Redknapp continues to want a ‘special’ player next month, as quoted from last night. Apparently it is Carlos Tevez. Whether a move is really on the cards is a different matter.
Kaka: These rumours generally appear around every transfer window and Spurs are reportedly keen on bringing the Brazilian to White Hart Lane on loan for the rest of the season.
Harry Kane: Set for a loan move to Leeds United.
Gareth Bale: Real Madrid apparently going to offer £45m. Will be flat-out rejected.
