[Photos] Tottenham Release Stunning New Pictures Of £800m Stadium With Glass Facade

While we are into another campaign at Wembley, playing in the Champions League, Tottenham players must remember that their new home will be coming up at the start of next season.

The club has taken a novel approach and has constantly provided updates on Twitter regarding our new £800m stadium and the newly shared images do provide us with another look at how much the construction has progressed in the past few weeks or so.

Mace, the construction company for the biggest stadium in London, are now working on the outer bowl and seem to have gotten things under control, for now.

We are working on a strict deadline as we only have one season to complete the construction. Playing another campaign with Wembley as our home would be a major blow not only to the players but also to the fans.

The images also provided us with a glimpse of the glass facade that is being put up and also the concrete slabs that will house a number of seats. There are a number of heavy duty cranes on the area where the pitch will be and they seem to be working hard to ensure we have the stadium ready before the start of the next Premier League season.

One thing does look rather brilliant and that is the glass facade which is being put up. It will be interesting to see just how the final stadium does look when everything is done. While we did lose White Hart Lane, this stadium could be the best in the country and with a host of world class amenities on our side, the club would also be able to provide an incredible match day experience to our fans.

Playing away from home does have its issues, something we will have to deal with for the entirety of this season but if we can recreate the atmosphere of the Lane, then there can be no stopping us.

Mauricio Pochettino has a great squad to work with and the sooner we can get the stadium done and move in, our future would be set for a good number of years.
