Victor Wanyama was on the scoresheet for Kenya as they defeated Ethiopia in an African Cup of Nations qualifier.
The Kenyans won 3-0 and the Tottenham account congratulated the captain of the national side for his exploits.
Great win by the team, always happy to be on the scoresheet and thanks to the amazing support from the fans 🙌🏾 #HarambeeStars #AFCON2019Q pic.twitter.com/6Yk4i4ovwU

However, some fans picked up on an injury that Wanyama picked up during the second half of the game.
The Kenyan seems to have a hamstring issue, and this is not good news for Tottenham given we already have a number of stars out with injuries.
The 27-year-old midfielder has a couple of starts for Spurs this season and 57 minutes of Premier League football coming off from the subs bench.
Some fans were happy with the contribution of the midfielder, but many were concerned how the injury could hamper Spurs in the coming weeks.
Hoping that the injury ain’t nothing bad Vic

More worrying is the fact that he has picked up what looks to be a suspected hamstring injury.
At this rate we will have to stick the reserves out to play against West Ham given our injury list …

What the…we literally won’t have an 11 to field next weekend. And still there is one more round of internationals left..so there is still time for more injuries 😔
