“One of my all-time favourite Spurs moment” – Tottenham fans sent down memory lane with incredible win over Chelsea

Date:

Aaron Lennon of Tottenham

Tottenham are gearing up for a huge London derby once the players return after the international break. Spurs welcome Chelsea to Wembley and a win over the Blues would lift us above Maurizio Sarri’s side.

The win should also put us back in the running for the Premier League title, and more importantly, it would provide the Blues with their first loss of the season in all competitions.

Spurs shouldn’t need any extra motivation to beat the Blues but the Tottenham Twitter account decided to remind the fans of one great game where we beat Chelsea 2-1.

The two scorers from the day were Aaron Lennon and Michael Dawson, and if we can tap into that kind of performance, we should have a real chance of getting the three points..

It won’t be easy to beat the Blues on Saturday, but a number of fans were reminded of some great memories from the game.
