Argentina have a trio of Tottenham players doing well for them at the moment. Juan Foyth got a MOTM award in his debut game for the South American side, and now Paulo Gazzaniga helped Argentina to a 2-0 win over Mexico.
The Tottenham goalkeeper has been impressive whenever he has started in between the sticks for his club, and his form led him to a first cap for the national side.
Erik Lamela also got into the act as he provided an assist in the game. Argentina ran off 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala.
Gazzaniga was pleased with the outcome and his debut and posted a couple of pictures on Twitter.

It wasn’t just our backup keeper who was pleased with the outcome as many Tottenham fans celebrated the player’s debut for the South Americans.
