Tottenham star Christian Eriksen has assured fans that he is ready for the important Champions League tie against Inter Milan and the London derby against Arsenal.

The Dane’s season was plagued with injury, but he recently came back to fitness and was one of the stars in our win over Chelsea.

Eriksen set up the first goal with an incredible free-kick for Dele Alli to score, and the former Ajax star told BT Sport (Football.london):

“You saw the game.

“I felt very good today. It’s always different when you come back from injury.

“But I feel very good, very confident, so it’s really just getting the confidence back and getting the minutes.”

Harry Kane of Tottenham scores against Chelsea

The midfielder is one of our most creative players and not having him certainly puts us in a tough position against some of the better teams.

Tottenham have to defeat Inter Milan on Wednesday to have any chance of qualifying for the next round of the Champions League, and Eriksen believed the win over the Blues would provide us with a massive lift.

“It’s the biggest boost you’re going to get from such an important week.

“To feel confident and really be ready for the coming games.”
