Tottenham are linked with Turkish youngster Cengiz Under of AS Roma, according to reports from Italy (h/t Football.london).
The 21-year-old has four goals and four assists for the Italian giants this season and has built on a quality campaign from the last term.
The report adds that numerous European clubs are keeping tabs on the 21-year-old with Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Barcelona interested in the winger.
Under was in action against Inter Milan where he scored and the report adds that Chelsea and Arsenal had sent scouts to watch the youngster.
Corriere dello Sport (h/t Football.london) claims that Tottenham are willing to splash €52m for the Turkish sensation.
The report further claims that Chelsea are willing to spend €35m and give up young defender Andreas Christensen as a sweetener to secure his services.
The Turk would be an incredible signing for us, and if anyone can help him reach his potential, it has to be Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine has worked wonders with youngsters such as Juan Foyth, Davinson Sanchez and Harry Winks during his time at Spurs.
Although Under is a talent to keep an eye on, the amount in question is certainly huge and it will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds.
