Tottenham have several players carrying knocks ahead of their Premier League game against Burnley. After our exploits against Barcelona in the Champions League, we face the Clarets on Saturday at Wembley.
Spurs will be buoyed by their point against the Catalans but Burnley will be tough opposition. We will be stretched at the back, given that Davinson Sanchez and Juan Foyth are recovering from their hamstring problems.
TEAM NEWS:
🔹 @Serge_aurier (groin) & @mousadembele (ankle) have commenced on-field rehabilitation.
🔹 @daosanchez26 (hamstring) & @JuanMFoyth (hamstring) have entered late stages of conditioning work.#COYS pic.twitter.com/gl40ASoFWH

Our pair of right-backs are also going through recovery with Serge Aurier and Kieran Trippier missing out on our 1-1 draw against the Catalans.
TEAM NEWS:
🔹 @trippier2 (groin) is continuing an individual preventative and conditioning programme.
🔹 @VictorWanyama (knee) continues his rehabilitation. pic.twitter.com/Ln3d5ezSmz

We have a couple of players from the midfield out injured too with Mousa Dembele and Victor Wanyama dealing their respective problems.
Tottenham might field Kyle Walker-Peters as the right-back against Burnley and it will be interesting to see the kind of team we set out for our Carabao Cup game midweek.
Hopefully, we will get some of the players back to fitness as there will be several Premier League games during the festive period.

Tottenham are just six points behind the leaders Liverpool and a quality run in the coming months can take us closer to the top of the table.
