Juan Foyth has played more for Argentina than Tottenham

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho dismissed the notion of the defender leaving on loan in January. In spite of him claiming the 22-year-old to be a better defender than Serge Aurier, the Ivorian continues to start every game while Foyth has hardly had a sniff.

Hutton believes that the player is better served seeking a challenge elsewhere.

“I do think that he’s one they will look to move on, probably with a few others also.”

The former Spurs defender believes that Foyth has enough chances to prove himself under Mauricio Pochettino. He also criticized the player for his rashness before indicating that he isn’t the type of player Mourinho likes.
