Dier opened up on his life during these times in an interview with Tottenham’s official website. The midfielder revealed that he has been keeping busy with his individual training regimes and the remote sessions with the coaching staff.
In between all that, the England international has found time to take up a new hobby – gardening. Speaking to the club’s official website, Dier said:
“I’m very lucky, I’ve a bit of space, and I’ve been planting a vegetable garden. Hopefully we’ll grow a few successfully and then be able to pick them and cook with them. That’s the dream! It’s been fun.”
Dier also claimed that his favourites were courgettes, potatoes while revealing that he loved eating herbs. However, the Englishman admitted to having little knowledge about gardening. (h/t TottenhamHotspur.com)
The Tottenham midfielder also said that he had set up a home gym to keep himself in shape for when the season returns. But, he did admit that he missed the atmosphere of training with his teammates. (h/t TottenhamHotspur.com)

Dier has had a mixed season so far for us. The 26-year-old has made 25 appearances across all competitions so far, contributing with a couple of assists. It is good to see that the players are keeping the spirits high and making positive use of the time with families under these difficult circumstances.
Meanwhile, here is a video of the boys during one of their virtual training sessions.
