Lucas Moura and Gedson Fernandes take part in ‘How’s your touch’
According to the club’s official site, Tottenham Hotspur stars Lucas Moura and Gedson Fernandes have faced off against each other in the latest segment of ‘How’s your touch’
It saw the two midfielders square off against each other in a high-speed ball cannon challenge at the training ground.
As the title suggests, it involved the players having to control the ball being shot at them at a high speed by a cannon. Moura particularly looked very excited as he appeared to be having fun taking part in the event.
The video was shot in February this year, before the social distancing became a norm, allaying any fears that may arise about Spurs breaking the norms once again.
Fernandes, who joined the club last January on a long-term loan, went first. He gained three points from six attempts.
His tally was equalled by Moura, who also went on to score three points. With the competition tied, the face-off went into a shootout, where each player was given three opportunities.
Moura once again showed his ability to stay calm in clutch situations as he scored two points to Fernandes’ one. The Brazilian sportingly rubbed in his victory as a helpless Fernandes could only look on. Both players appeared to have a lot of fun.
