A number of clubs including Tottenham, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Leicester City have sent scouts to watch the young midfielder in action and have been impressed. As a result, Celtic have offered Kelly his first pre-professional contract, to keep him at the club. (h/t Glasgow Times)

While the first-team is need of serious recruitment, it is good to see that Tottenham are focused on securing young talents for the academy, who will be ready to step into the senior setup in the coming years.

Only recently, reports claimed that the North Londoners were keen on signing teenagers Taylor and Zach Booth from Bayern Munich and Real Salt Lake respectively.
