Tottenham urged to sign Paulo Dybala in January by Kevin Campbell
Speaking to Football Insider (h/t Express), former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has urged Tottenham to raid Serie A champions Juventus for the signing of Paulo Dybala in the January window.
27-year-old Dybala has been with Juventus since 2015, having arrived from fellow Serie A side Palermo and has grown into one of the most coveted forwards in Europe.
However, the Argentine has struggled for game time under new manager Andrea Pirlo this season in Turin. This had led to speculations over his future at the club, with reports claiming that Dybala had been offered to a host of clubs including Tottenham ahead of the January window.
Now, Campbell has urged Jose Mourinho & co. to snap up the Argentine international as he could be the missing piece of the puzzle at the club.
“Dybala is a superb player. He is someone with tricks and he is someone who can unlock the door. Mourinho is building from the back. He has sorted the defence and the base of his midfield while the partnership of Son and Kane is thriving.
“But I think he knows there will be times where teams will sit in and ask Spurs to break them down. Mourinho will need a different option, an alternative to be able to unlock the door and Dybala could be that.”

Despite speculations surrounding Dybala, manager Pirlo has insisted that he remains a part of the plans. Furthermore, it has also been revealed that the club are offering him a new contract. So, snapping him up in the January window might be a tad difficult.
