Tottenham urged to move for Jack Grealish by BBC Pundit Garth Crooks
As reported by the Express, Tottenham are among a number of clubs that have been recommended to sign Aston Villa and England midfielder Jack Grealish in the summer by BBC pundit Garth Crooks.
The 25-year-old Grealish has grown into one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League over the past year. Having helped Villa avoid relegation last season, the England international has been their top-six push this term.
Indeed, Aston Villa are currently fifth in the Premier League table, level on points with Tottenham, but ahead on goal difference. Grealish has led the way for Midlands’ outfit, grabbing five goals and eight assists from 14 Premier League games.
And Crooks is of the opinion that given the way Grealish has performed so far, he deserves to play for the big clubs and insisted that any of Tottenham, Manchester United or Arsenal could do with a player of his quality.
“Grealish seems to be getting better with every game. This lad should be playing regular Champions League football and the first name on the England teamsheet.
“Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester United are all spluttering their way through the most open Premier League season on record. What a difference Grealish could make.”

There is no denying that a player of Grealish’s talent and abilities would be a huge signing for Tottenham. However, considering how well Villa are doing and the fact that he is contracted with them till 2025, they hold all the aces. So, any move for him would need a huge investment.
