Dele Alli to face late fitness test as Tottenham squad for Wycombe clash revealed
A report from Football.london has revealed the details of the squad at Jose Mourinho’s disposal ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s FA Cup clash against Wycombe Wanderers.
Tottenham take on the Chairboys later today at the Adams Park in the fourth round of the FA Cup. Spurs earned qualification to this stage after easing past Marine AFC 5-0 in the third round earlier this month.
Heading into the game, manager Jose Mourinho had revealed that he will be without the services of Giovani Lo Celso who is still a few weeks away from a return. The manager had also reported Dele Alli, Matt Doherty and Serge Aurier as doubts for the game.
“Matt Doherty, he was not involved at Sheffield United, I’m not sure he will recover. Dele All is not training in the last couple of days, a small problem in the tendon and Serge Aurier also is not really well. We have a few but out at this stage, still three days before the match, the only one I can say completely out is Gio.”
Doherty, though, could be involved, as he was pictured in training with the rest of the team on Sunday. As for Alli, the Englishman will supposedly undergo a late fitness test to determine his availability. (h/t Football.london)
