Transfer News: Noni Madueke is a target for Tottenham
According to transfer news from Evening Standard, Tottenham are lining up a move for Noni Madueke. After agreeing on a deal for Christian Romero, Fabio Paratici is looking to add more names in the attack with the likes of Madueke and Mikkel Damsgaard.
Spurs have enjoyed a good start to the transfer window so far. The highly-rated Bryan Gil arrived in a swap deal that saw Erik Lamela head to Sevilla. Pierluigi Gollini was signed to replace Joe Hart while an agreement has been reached for the signing of Atlalanta’s Christian Romero.
It would seem there is more business is to be done as Fabio Paratici lines up more signings over the next month. Among some of the names, Spurs are looking at is Noni Madueke of PSV Eindhoven. A former academy player for Spurs, the 19-year-old has a growing reputation at the Dutch club.
Madueke hit the mark nine times last season and also started this season well in the Champions League qualifiers. However, he might not be an easy catch, especially after Donyell Malen leaving the club. Along with Madueke, Tottenham are also eyeing a deal for Mikkel Damsgaard.
