Son Heung-Min likes social media post criticizing Harry Kane

According to Mirror, Tottenham star Son Heung-Min seems to have liked a social media post criticizing Harry Kane. The South Korean is perhaps not impressed with what is going on with his strike partner and ended up liking a post that clearly goes after Kane.

It was perhaps inevitable and maybe even the fans saw it coming. However, the manner in which Kane is trying to force out a move from Spurs has somewhat taken a few by surprise. After all, he is the captain of the side and a model professional who has stuck with the club through thick and thin. Yet, as the prolific striker skipped training for the second day in a row, tensions are boiling.

Kane has held up his stance of leaving the club as Manchester City have shown interest in him. However, Daniel Levy has hardly shown any sign of letting his star man leave for anything less than what he deems suitable. It would seem that Kane’s teammate Son has not taken well to this no-show from the striker.

In a social media post, there was an image that showed iconic Spurs manager Bill Nicholson, who had won 26 major trophies at the club, and Kane, who hasn’t won a trophy with us yet. The post criticized Kane, claiming that no player is bigger than the club. Fans spotted that Son had liked this said post on social media.

Quite why Son would do this is not clear. Both players share a good camaraderie on the field. Last season, the pair broke the record for most goal combinations in the league, with 34. For now, everything is pretty much up in the air regarding Kane’s future. Given the events that have already taken place, it’s fair to say the feelings do seem to have turned sour towards Kane.
