Fans react as Tottenham complete the signing of Pape Sarr
Tottenham have made their fourth signing of the summer with Pape Sarr joining from Metz. However, the midfielder will be remaining at Metz for the season on loan as a part of the agreement. He will link up with Spurs over the next season on the completion of his loan.
Tottenham have been after Sarr for a while now (h/t Fabrizio Romano). After joining Metz last summer from the Generation Foot Academy, the youngster took to first-team football like a duck to water and has not looked back since. He scored four goals in 25 appearances last season which managed to catch the eye of Tottenham.

Tottenham will be paying Metz £14.5million for Pape Sarr, who has signed a six-year deal with the club. However, fans will have to wait until next season to see the 18-year-old in action as he will spend this season on loan back at Metz (h/t Football.london).
Sarr becomes the fourth signing of the summer after the arrivals of Pierluigi Gollini, Cristian Romero and Bryan Gil. The Senegalese will be a signing for the future as he is still just 18 and has less than a year of top-flight experience.

Gil, Sarr, Romero, Gollini. Building towards a bright future.
One more defender, midfielder, and forward and we can call it a good first window for Paratici.
