Our best chance for a trophy?
We will take on the League One side for the first time in a competitive game and are favourites to go through to the next round. However, the cup competition is known for upsets, and we should not take it lightly at all. That is especially the case when we have been on the receiving end of one at the hands of NS Mura.
We were knockout out in the fifth round by Everton last season by a 5-4 scoreline. They scored the winner in the added time through Bernard, who left the club in 2021. We will need to do much better if we have a chance to break the trophy drought under Antonio Conte.
Looking at our current situation, we must finish the job on the first try itself as it would greatly assist our cause. Since we are suffering from a Covid outbreak, if we could take advantage of the replay gap to reschedule the postponed matches to a comfortable date.

We should not let the game go to a replay as it would further increase our congested fixture list. We could have an ideal time for one of the fixtures to be postponed if we do not let that happen. That gives us even more reason to take the match seriously.
