Hull City have no intention to sell Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Keane Lewis-Potter
According to HullLive, Hull City have no intentions of selling Keane Lewis-Potter, who is a target for Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the summer transfer window. He is one of the highly-rated prospects in the Championship and has recently been called up to the England under-21s team.
Lewis-Potter has been in fine form this season which has seen clubs like Tottenham circle around for his signature. That being said, they will also face more competition from West Ham United and Brentford, who are expected to battle it out with each other for the young starlet.
However, Hull would not entertain any offers for the 21-year-old, and they would look to keep hold of him at all costs. That stance is confirmed by the club chief Acun Ilicali who has expressed that he will not accept even a £20million bid for the attacker in the summer transfer window.
Spurs to sign Lewis-Potter?
The Englishman has done well this campaign for his side, having scored nine goals and assisted four times from 41 appearances across all competitions. With many years left in his bag, he is yet to fully achieve his full potential and could even better his current tally moving forward.
However, our pursuit of the Championship star could be put to a halt if Ilicali does not change his firm stance. They had previously done the same in the January transfer window when they rejected a bid worth £12million from the Bees. They could continue to do the same this time around, but it remains to be seen whether that is the case or not.
The Tigers are currently close to the relegation zone and could drop down at the end of the season unless their form dramatically improves. That could force them to change their stance to compensate for the financial blow that they will be dealt with. However, their Championship destiny is in their own hands at this moment in time.

The Hull City ace could be a solid option to add to our frontline if spots can be vacated on the left wing. Son Heung-Min would be the obvious starter for us, but Steven Bergwijn has fallen out of favour over the past few weeks and have not even featured much under Antonio Conte.
Bryan Gil is currently out on loan, and his future is still uncertain at this moment. We may need to bring in an addition if Conte asks for a signing who can play as backup to Son. Whether that will be Lewis-Potter or not remains to be seen. However, if the Championship side does not change their stance, we would have to look elsewhere to reinforce the position.
